Cushioning plays a very important role in Electronics Packaging. Traditionally, materials like EPE (Expanded Poly Ethylene) Foams and EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene) have been used in this segment. These materials required preformed molds, occupy large space for storing inventory and increase the package volume.

Signode offers Airflex packaging Solution to give primary cushioning to electronic products such as laptops, power banks, etc. These are then packed in corrugated boxes thereby achieving the following benefits:
