Compact coil strapping machine for pup coils | |||||||||
| Traditional strapping machines are too bulky for pup coils, making it a safety hazard. Additionally, it imposes a capital strain on the customer. Identifying this gap in the market, Signode India has introduced a compact pup coil strapping machine which is ideal for small scrap coils and is substantially cost effective. This machine also includes a Tag applicator for easy identification of the coils in storage yard. The usual coil strapping application requires the strapping head to sit on the coil. The high-tension force sometimes displaces the pup coils which is a safety hazard. Standard strapping machines are too bulky for pup coils and do not justify the investment. |
