| Signode introduces the HLS online automatic stretch wrapping machine as a superior solution to secure ingots during handling and transit. Ingot bundles become loose during transit and are de-shaped making it difficult to unload, handle & store. This can happen due to uneven shape of the ingots, improper stacking and bundle settling during transportation. Strapping alone may not be sufficient to hold the ingot bundles in shape in such cases. The HLS Online Stretch Wrapping machine has been custom designed keeping this application in mind. An additional layer of stretch wrapping will be effective in maintaining the integrity of the bundle in its supply chain during handling, storage and shipment. During the wrapping, the product placed on the turntable rotates while the film dispenser moves up / down based on the height of the product to complete the wrapping. |
