| At Signode, the safety of our employees is our greatest priority - ranking above production, quality, costs, and service. In July 2022, our Silvassa manufacturing facility accomplished ten years of accident-free days. The well-established ISO 45001:2018 safety management system, with a focus on critical life safety & cardinal rules, safety lead indicators, behavioural safety, Gemba Walks, continuous trainings & improvements, and strict adherence to LOTO procedures, are the key contributing factors for this achievement. Regular process operations include the detection of hazards and the eradication of unsafe conditions and acts. |

| Sustainabile journey towards multimodal transportation |

| We explored multimodal (truck + rail) transportation for shipping products from our factories to our major warehouses. Now 93% of the journey for these routes are accomplished on electrified Indian rail networks that has helped to cut costs and reduce overall carbon emission. In addition, since now the finished products are shipped in closed body container, it is safeguarded from rain or other environmental impacts. We have already created an Impact by reducing carbon emission by 20 tons on our two selected routes. We see multimodal transportation as the future of sustainable supply chains. |

We started with conducting personal safety trainings and driving assessment test for our employees. In collaboration with them, we implemented the five golden principles for road safety:
