| Impacting lives of India’s future generation in collaboration with The Akshaya Patra Foundation |
|
| Signode India Foundation partnered with The Akshaya Patra Foundation to take forward their purpose of providing nutritious mid-day-meals to children studying in Government schools. We sponsored their mid-day meal program, reaching out to 4476 children in 56 Government schools in Karnataka for 46 days, providing 2,29,107 mid-day meals and 1,27,500 mid-day-meals to children in Government schools and Anganwadis in Telangana. Additionally, three vehicles were flagged-off along with sponsoring of kitchen vessels to enable transporting the meals to the schools. It is our intent is to foster meaningful collaborations to impact lives of India’s future generation studying in Government schools who have no access to basic needs for their over-all development. |

| Menstrual Hygiene Matters |

On the eve of Menstrual Hygiene Day observed globally on 28th May every year, Signode India Foundation collaborated with Red Express Hygiene and organized an awareness session for young girls and women from Rudraram on matters related to menstrual hygiene management. Around 50 young girls and women gathered for an awareness session on 26th May at the community health center, Rudraram. Matters related to menstrual hygiene management, keeping track of one’s menstrual cycle through an activity was demonstrated. Awareness was created regarding reusable and sustainable menstrual sanitary pads while focussing on how we can play our part in protecting our environment and reusable pads were distributed to women. |

| Health Center Inaugural |

| Based on a request received from the local Gram Panchayat to improve health services within the community, we dived in, to support this initiative. We funded the construction of the health center to enable children, adults, and geriatric population from diverse backgrounds to have access to improved services. A team of Signode volunteers spearheaded the project planning, implementation, and completion by collaborating with the local Government and the health center was inaugurated in May. This will enable around 2000-3000 community members to have access to the facilities provided at the primary health center. |

| Earthshala – Learning Centre for Solid Waste Management |

Signode India Limited, partnered with Saahas a not-for-profit organization to fulfil our responsibility on 50th World Environment Day (WED) and opened the doors of Earthshala, a place to learn about our earth and environment.
This learning centre in Gurugram will play a significant role for visitors who come to the decentralized waste management site of the Municipal Corporate of Gurgaon; implemented by SAAHAS, to learn about waste management & circular economy concepts, followed by seeing these concepts in action through Material Recycling Facility, Biogas and Composting unit! We are pleased to collaborate with Saahas in this endeavor. |

| Khushiyon Ka Recycle |
|
| We launched Khushiyon Ka Recycle – a donation drive of school supplies and received an over-whelming response of donations from across our plant locations in Prime, Stopak, Dahej, Silvassa, Rudrapur, Rudraram plants and the corporate office in Hyderabad. What a joy it was to see our very own colleagues and plant workers donate towards a cause. This initiative was organized in collaboration with GOONJ. |

| Enhancing Digital Literacy |

Signode India Foundation collaborated with Grameena Abyudaya Seva Samsthe (GASS), a non-profit organization, to set up a state-of-the-art Digital Center by providing 25 computers for students at Madagodanahalli Government Pre-University and build infrastructure to enhance lab functionality at Konagatta Government Pre-University, located near our PrimeBulk plant. The digital center is the first-of-its-kind institution to offer advanced courses in STEM. This will enable the Madagodanahalli Pre- University to introduce new courses from June 2023 onwards. |
