| We recently completed the implementation of a new Carton Wrapper and Strapping Machine for a Kolkata based Vedant Fashions, a pioneer in ethnic wear and a leader in India's apparel sector with nationally renowned brands such as Manyavar, Mohey and Mebaz. The deployment of the new machine, which involved a changeover from HDPE bags to Signode’s Mimalite pre-stretch film helped Vedant Fashions reduce the cost of this part of its process by an estimated 29% annually, through savings in both material and manpower costs.
