We are delighted to share with you that we have received the Inspiring People’s Practices 2020 Award conferred by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) for our Employee Experience Management. The award was presented to the team by KT Rama Rao, Hon’ble Minister for IT, Industries and MA & UD, Government of Telangana, at a grand evening organised by CII, on Friday, March 5, at ITC Kakatiya.
We focussed our efforts on driving inclusive employee experience to cater to the holistic well being of our employees by addressing their Physical, Mental & Relational needs.
This win is a testament to our forward looking and agile people’s practices that have helped us navigate through the twin challenges of the pandemic & organisation restructuring.
