		Role Accountabilities				Collaboration with BU-HR and driving the HR processes centrally across India and maintain documentation (Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Transfer letters etc.,) Performance Pay and Merit Increments Process Handling Compensation and Benefits – Investments, Settlements, Accounting, Meetings, Handling of Statutory Audit & Tax Audit related to Payroll & Benefits, IT Returns, Profession Tax Returns & Form 16 HR Analytics Implementing and administrating in house Human Resource Information System. Manpower Planning & Budgeting Handling Car Lease Scheme Monthly statutory payments remittances (PF, ESI, IT, Profession Tax & Loans) Actuarial valuation on Leave & Gratuity, Leave valuation Preparation of Manpower JV every month and comply in line with Accounts Monthly update on TCC file, Accruals Provisioning (P Pay, Gratuity, Superannuation, Ex-gratia & Bonus) Calculation of Managerial Remuneration Maintain confidentiality and share only the relevant data with Statutory Auditors

		Person Profile				An ambitious person, is on a fast track in his/ her career and aspires to grow to a role to head a department and lead a team in next 2-3 years. Thorough Knowledge of MS Excel and Analytics. Assertive and result oriented person with a positive outlook. Independent and organized work style: Good written communication skills. Effective influencing and interpersonal skills Team player Desired Graduation; Post Graduation would be an added advantage Experience: 5-8 years Handling HR Shared Services & Payroll process will be an added advantage
