Boost productivity with M20 Twin Strapping Head for Slit Coil Strapping application

Signode India has reintroduced M20 strapping head for Metal Slit Coils application. The twin head strapping machine design with a turntable, applies eye strap at any position. It is most useful for minimising the strap cycle time thus improving overall productivity, particularly for low space applications.

The complete strapping machine is a 2-column construction, built on floor level (no need of civil work) with best safety features. It has been designed as per CE norms, and endorsed by a leading German steel mill.

The M20 Twin Strapping Head is designed to apply:

16 mm or 19 mm width strap
Tension up to 1600 lbs / 7000 N providing superior load integrity at lower cost
Strap to coils with minimum pack face as low as 4 inches / 100 mm
